Marilyn Kozak
Marilyn Graduated from Red River with an Architectural Drafting Certificate. Previous to CT Loewens, she designed for 6 years specializing in renovations and additions as well as landscape design Marilyn started with CT Loewen Building Center in 1994. She started our Drafting Department and is a big reason the reputation of our Drafting team includes a combination of service and experience . Marilyn’s experience with Spec & Custom built houses as well as her knowledge of Barns and Sheds make her a great resource for all CT Loewen Building Center Customers.

Jennefer Winkler
Jennefer was raised just south of Grunthal Manitoba and currently resides in La Broquerie.
As a youth she enjoyed drawing and designing floor plans and houses. Her focus through high school was math and physics to accomplish her goals for a technical career path. She went on to engineering courses at the University of Manitoba and later on CAD Technology at Red River College.
In 2004 she worked locally designing houses and RTM’s full time. She then went on to spend time at Barkman Concrete in the Mechanical Drafting Field. In 2010 returned to what she enjoy’s most and that is assisting customers designing homes and not just houses.

John Duerksen
John was Born and Raised in Steinbach and Currently resides here with his wife and child. He currently has a Bachelors of Environmental Design majoring in Architecture. Is currently writing his thesis and will Graduate in April 2011 with a Masters Degree In Architecture. John has spent the last three summers designing houses for Steinbach and Area. He is eager to Graduate and work full time designing house and buildings that are unique and individual as the people who live in them. John has a great way of using 70’s style with a contemporary design to give people homes that are slowly changing the Steinbach Landscape.
Till April 2011 John will be working very few hours as he attempts to graduate with Honors.
